Terms of Use
Effective 13 October 2026 · Applies to the DoneJot iPhone app
About these terms
DoneJot is made by Abiodun Michael Adefusi, an independent developer in Austria. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If anything here conflicts with your legal rights as a consumer, your rights win.
Using the app
You may use DoneJot for your own personal planning on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. The app, its design and its content remain ours.
Subscriptions & free trial
DoneJot Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Each starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. When the trial ends, your Apple Account is charged for the plan you chose, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Prices are shown in the App Store in your currency before you buy. If a price changes, Apple will tell you in advance and, where required, ask for your agreement.
You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Lifetime purchase
Lifetime is a one-time purchase of DoneJot Pro with no trial and no renewal. It includes future Pro features for as long as we offer the app, and can be restored on your devices with the same Apple Account and shared through Family Sharing.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple's policies.
AI suggestions & travel estimates
The assistant, smart parsing and travel times are helpful estimates, not guarantees. Apple Maps data, traffic and AI suggestions can be wrong or out of date. Please check important details yourself, and don't rely on DoneJot alone for anything critical, such as medication, safety or catching a flight.
Fair use
Please don't misuse the app, for example by trying to break its security, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to harm others.
Liability
We work hard to keep DoneJot reliable, but it's provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as a missed appointment caused by a late or missing notification. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory warranty rights.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we'll let you know in the app before they apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring claims in your local courts.
